• Canapes - A selection of Ratatouille Tarts, Prawn Toasts, Savoury Pate Donuts, Savoury Lamb & Pine Nut Danishes

• A Main Meal - Smoked Brisket, Mexican Style Green Chilli and Corn Salad, Corn Muffins, Mashed Potato OR;

• Traditional French Beef Bourguignon with Roast Potatoes and All the Traditional French Trimmings

• Dessert - Seasonal Fruit Tarts to share, small sweets like French Petits Fours Biscuits, Individual Steamed Spiced Puddings
